Disclaimer

  • All products on this website are for external use only. Though we try to use the most natural ingredients, none are intended for ingestion.

  • As with any product, we suggest you test our products on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. Everyone (even those without sensitive skin) sometimes develop allergies to certain products. Though we strive to use only pure and natural ingredients, we cannot guarantee how each individuals' skin will react. If redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact a qualified healthcare professional. We list all of our ingredients on our website for every single product, as well as on the product itself; please read these carefully to ensure it doesn't contain an ingredient you may be allergic to. Again, we advise that you do a patch test before full body use.

  • If you have a preexisting skin condition, do not use our products without consulting a physician first.

  • Natural handmade soap does not last as long as factory-made soap. Prolong the life of your soap by drying it out between uses. Avoid leaving soap in a pool of water. Soap dishes and racks are great soap savers.

How do I place an order?

Additions/Cancellations

We want our customers to be happy. In the event you placed an order and want to add or delete a product, contact us immediately so we can accommodate your needs. This includes you cancelling an entire order. Once orders have been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible; you will need to receive the product and ship it back to us, but note that this will result in a loss of shipping costs (see Returns & Refunds below).

Out of Stock

Though we strive to keep all products offered in stock, there may be occasions we run out while your order is placed. In the unlikely event this happens, you will be notified and have the option of waiting for the back-ordered item, swapping out for something else or removing item from your order. If you choose to remove, a refund of the difference will be issued back to your account.

 
Coupon Codes

Money saving discount coupons will be sent out periodically to our customers on the mailing list or will be promoted on our website/social media accounts. Ensure you enter the codes correctly to receive these savings at checkout. Contact us if you have any trouble.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We Do Not accept personal checks, we do however welcome your E-check payments through PayPal. If payment is made using an E-check, your order will be held until payment has cleared. If you have any issues making a payment through our site, please contact us at 201-957-6411. Do Not send credit card info via email, as this is not a secure method of purchase.

We take extra care to ensure your data is safe and secure when placing an order on our site. To set your mind at ease, the merchant accounts we have chosen are only those of reputable companies, such as PayPal.​

Privacy Policy

 

Clean Filth never provides personal information to third parties. This does not include third party trusted sites that help with finalizing a transaction, example being our merchant account. Any info received from you through our website (or other means, such as via phone) is used for the sole purpose of our product purchases, as well as assuring proper delivery of your order. Sensitive info you enter is encrypted using SSL technology. In the event you choose to join our mailing list, the bare minimum info will be stored (​name, email) and you may choose to remove your info at anytime.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping - We ship all orders using USPS. Customer chooses shipping method (First Class, Priority, etc.). Orders are normally shipped out within 2 business days after receipt of payment, though there might be times that it will take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be advised that date of delivery will depend upon the US Post Office. Priority shipping sometimes has taken longer than the time they advertise, unfortunately this is not something we can control on our end; we will however do whatever possible to help with a shipping issues you may encounter.

International Shipping - This service is not offered at this time, though we will make exceptions for our customers based on unique requests.

Any orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, so please enter data correctly.

Damaged/Missing/Incorrect Orders
 

We take great pride in our products, this includes shipping each package out in excellent condition and 100% accurate; however we are human and errors are bound to occur. If you receive an order that is incorrect or with missing product, we will gladly rectify the mistake immediately. Unfortunately packages damaged by the posit office is out of our control and therefore we cannot be held liable, nevertheless, we will do our best to replace your damaged product. Please take photos of the unopened damaged  box, damaged product and email it to us at info@clean-filth.com with the subject line "damaged product". Save all content until you have contacted us.

Returns & Refunds
 

We strive to provide our customers with the best products, and have the highest regards to quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow a 30 day money back guarantee. The refund will be for the amount of the purchase price, and will be returned in the original form of payment.​ Please note that returns/refunds will not be accepted after 30 days.

Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer.

When returning items back to us, please ensure it is packed carefully (with padding if needed), this will make it so it does not arrive damaged, allowing us to process your refund quickly.

Trademark

Clean Filth is a registered trademark that has been registered with the national trademark office. Unauthorized use of the Clean Filth trademark is a violation and legal proceedings will commence against party which infringes on this mark.
